Meet Our Team

Hilary has extensive experience of the management of business and human resource development projects, both in the UK and around the world. He has particular skills in the management and delivery of complex projects. A talented linguist, Hilary enjoys foreign travel and literature. He plays tenor sax for the Hertfordshire Concert Band and likes to keep fit by cycling into work.

Keith is one of our most experienced consultants, having joined us soon after we were established in 1986. He is our principal consultant on environmental management systems, as well as being active in the quality field. Keith says his success is down to considering always the size, style and specific needs of his clients when providing them with advice. For relaxation, Keith continues his lifelong interest in cars by regularly competing in sprints and hill climbs across the country in the car that he built himself.

Terry joined Polyfield in 2000, having run his own consultancy business for some years. He specialises in information security, as well as quality. Experienced in a variety of industry sectors, Terry is often able to suggest computerised solutions to his clients. A family man, much of Terry’s spare time is taken up with his young children, but he also finds time to enjoy DIY.

Mary has been with Polyfield as an administrator since its inception in 1985, and has a wealth of knowledge about clients, past and present. An experienced dressmaker, Mary enjoys practising her skills in her spare time. At weekends she is often to be found in the countryside taking long rambling walks.

Tony joined Polyfield in 2003, after many years’ management experience in manufacturing industry. Tony brings practical and up-to-date skills in health & safety management to his clients, as well as a sound knowledge of quality management. A skilled photographer, Tony is a keen member of his local camera club.

Originally from a manufacturing background, Graham joined us in 1997, having run his own consultancy business for some years. In addition to his experience as a Quality Assurance consultant and trainer, he specialises in health & safety management, and has designed several of our health & safety courses. Graham’s clients appreciate his practical approach based on his own management experience, and his ability to tailor solutions to needs. When not working, Graham can often be found at rock ‘n’ roll concerts, themed musical weekends or ocean cruising.

Judy was involved in the start-up of Polyfield, and has worked for them since 1986. She enjoys the variety of her working day, which includes marketing and finance as well as administration. The owner of a lively Jack Russell, Judy takes plenty of dog-walking exercise. She enjoys travel, reading and the occasional Sudoku!

After many years’ management experience in manufacturing industry, Mike joined Polyfield in 1992. He prides himself on supplying down-to-earth answers, providing cost-effective practical solutions to complex problems. A lover of countryside pursuits, Mike enjoys angling and is hoping to beat his own 30lb carp record this year!
