The heavily-subsidised help, available to knowledge-based SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in Hertfordshire or with links to the University of Hertfordshire, includes the following:
Resilience Assessment – this is a guided discussion and action plan around your current business situation
Adaptex Survey – this is a web-based consultancy project and action plan, which provides a measure of the issues affecting an organisation’s capacity to change and an assessment of what needs to be done to ensure future sustainability and corporate resilience.
Business Resilience Workshops – subjects include: customer service, effective communications, finance, management development; business continuity planning; health & safety, quality management; environmental management; stress awarenesss; Train the Trainer; managing in a time of uncertainty.
Expert Assignment – up to two days of consultancy to help with a recession-related issue
