This one day course provides a basic introduction to SPC and associated techniques. A proactive management tool, SPC examines the process of manufacture to ensure optimum quality at an early stage, using statistical measurement. SPC is of general interest, and essential for ISO/TS 16949, the automotive industry QA standard. Full course notes provided and Certificate of Attendance issued.
