What is Q-Share ®?

Polyfield Services Ltd’s unique Q-Share ® scheme enables organisations of all sizes and sectors to employ the services of a management professional on a time-shared basis to complement their existing management team. Q-Share ® managers aim not only to provide advice but help in performing those tasks and duties necessary to the running of an efficient company.

When you become a Q-Share ® member you will:

• be assigned a professional manager with appropriate knowledge of your business sector
• agree a time quota that your Q-Share® manager will work for you
• agree a payment plan to smooth cash flow and reduce unnecessary overheads
• be able to develop a longer term business relationship with your Q-Share® manager
• be able to call upon the resources and experience of Polyfield managers whenever you need them
